2019, Year La Villéon, saw an exceptional exhibition presented at the Loire Museum, from May to December, "La Villéon - la liberté de peindre", with 110 works and a beautiful catalog, whose Co-Curator was Robert Peirce- Macnie. This was followed by the publication, in the Annales de la Camosine (Nièvre newspaper), of a study on La Villéon en Puisaye by Dominique Durin and, in November, the Emmanuel de La Villéon book by Robert Peirce- Macnie, at Gourcuf-Gradenigo - 160 pages with 250 illustrations, including an essay by Baldine Saint Girons, Philosopher. The present exhibition, mounted following the Exhibition at the Loire Museum at the request of connoisseurs, presents a fine collection of around twenty selected works.
