Roger-Terry Barr was born in Wisconsin in 1921, died in California in 2000. American painter, sculptor and draftsman Founder in 1961 of the CASA (College of Art Studies Abroad) in Paris where he allowed many young artists to take art classes in workshops and visit museums and galleries in Paris. Barr was also appointed professor at the American College of Paris. Simon Museum, Museum Purchase, 34th Annual California Watercolor Society Exhibition
